Job Summary

To support a fast-paced legal-tech environment, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, securing attorney coverage through phone, text, and email while negotiating fees and maintaining client communication remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by managing open court hearings and committing attorneys before hearing dates
• Negotiate fees in real time, handling counteroffers and protecting profit margins
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline, prioritizing hearings and making quick judgment calls

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales or account management
• Genuinely organized with the ability to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure, capable of making quick decisions
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
