Job Summary

To ensure timely courtroom representation, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, utilizing phone, text, and email to secure attorney coverage while negotiating fees and maintaining client communication in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage for open court hearings by actively reaching out to attorneys
• Negotiate fees in real-time to ensure favorable terms while protecting company margins
• Triage and manage competing priorities, adapting to last-minute changes and urgent coverage needs

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as sales or customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and make decisive calls under deadline pressure
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
