Job Summary

To close the coverage gap for court hearings, the full-time remote Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open hearings, negotiate attorney fees in real time, and ensure timely communication with law firms while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Secure attorney coverage for court hearings by working through phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees and handle counteroffers while protecting the business margin
• Triage and prioritize competing hearings, making quick judgment calls as needed

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales or account management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple open items efficiently and stay organized
• Calm and decisive under pressure, with the ability to make quick decisions
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
