Managing a portfolio of court hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will secure attorney coverage on tight deadlines, negotiate fees in real time, and maintain communication with law firms while working remotely from South Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by managing open court hearings through phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees in real time, handling counteroffers and maintaining profit margins
• Triage competing hearings and manage last-minute changes to ensure coverage is met

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Organized and capable of managing multiple open items simultaneously
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms
