Job Summary

To close the coverage gap for court hearings, the full-time remote Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open court hearings, negotiate attorney fees in real-time, and triage urgent coverage needs while maintaining communication with law firm clients.

Key responsibilities

• Secure attorney coverage for court hearings using phone, text, and email communications
• Negotiate fees and manage competing priorities to ensure timely coverage
• Onboard and support attorneys while keeping clients informed about hearing statuses

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales or account management
• Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure and make quick decisions
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
