Court Support Lead

Job Summary

To support operations in a remote environment, the full-time Court Support Lead will manage day-to-day activities, mentor team members, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports
• Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of Court Support processes

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role or leadership skills with logistics
• Advanced knowledge of Skye, particularly related to Sheriffs/Partners is a plus
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
