Job Summary

To enhance operational excellence, the full-time remote Court Support Manager will oversee five Court Support teams, drive KPI attainment, and foster relationships with court and sheriff personnel to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage and develop Court Support Team Leads, ensuring effective performance oversight and coaching
  • Own and drive KPI targets, analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with court clerks and sheriff's offices, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in legal process serving, court filing, or civil process operations
  • 2+ years of experience in managing or leading teams with direct people management responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong relationship-building skills with effective communication capabilities
  • Proven track record of driving team performance against defined KPIs
