Job Summary
To enhance operational excellence, the full-time remote Court Support Manager will oversee five Court Support teams, drive KPI attainment, and foster relationships with court and sheriff personnel to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and develop Court Support Team Leads, ensuring effective performance oversight and coaching
- Own and drive KPI targets, analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with court clerks and sheriff's offices, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in legal process serving, court filing, or civil process operations
- 2+ years of experience in managing or leading teams with direct people management responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong relationship-building skills with effective communication capabilities
- Proven track record of driving team performance against defined KPIs
