Job Summary

A company is looking for a Court Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through various channels while processing documents in the in-house application
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process inefficiencies and navigate court dockets for document management
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • 1+ years of customer support or service-oriented experience preferred
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
