Job Summary
A company is looking for a Court Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through various channels while processing documents in the in-house application
- Collaborate with team members to identify process inefficiencies and navigate court dockets for document management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or service-oriented experience preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
