Job Summary
A company is looking for a Court Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through various channels, including phone calls and emails
- Process documents and manage data entry tasks using in-house applications with a high degree of accuracy
Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately
