Job Summary
A company is looking for a Court Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Process documents and perform data entry tasks accurately using in-house applications
- Collaborate with team members to identify process inefficiencies and relay updated information to process servers and customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented position
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
