Job Summary

A company is looking for a Court Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
  • Process documents and perform data entry tasks accurately using in-house applications
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process inefficiencies and relay updated information to process servers and customers
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
