Job Summary
A company is looking for a Court Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, resolving issues related to existing orders
- Manage consistent communication through phone calls and emails with court personnel, attorneys, and clients
- Navigate court dockets and process documents using in-house applications with a high degree of accuracy
Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented position
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
