Job Summary

A company is looking for a Court Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, resolving issues as needed
  • Process documents and manage data entry tasks using in-house applications with high accuracy
  • Communicate updates from courts to process servers and customers while collaborating with team members to identify process inefficiencies
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • 1+ years of customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a service-oriented position preferred
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
