Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communication with courts, ensuring timely retrieval of court filings and maintaining accurate records through data entry and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients via phone and email, maintaining a positive service attitude
- Utilize in-house applications for document processing and data entry, ensuring high accuracy in updates and notes
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred 1+ years of customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a service-oriented role
- Legal experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately and effectively communicate in a remote environment
