Job Summary
To support a dynamic Court Support team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, process court documents, and ensure timely updates are relayed to team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally via phone and email with court personnel and clients while maintaining a positive service attitude
- Utilize in-house applications to process documents and perform accurate data entry tasks
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- At least 1 year of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
