Job Summary

To support a dynamic Court Support team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, process court documents, and ensure timely updates are relayed to team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for individual orders and status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email with court personnel and clients while maintaining a positive service attitude
  • Utilize in-house applications to process documents and perform accurate data entry tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
