Job Summary
To support a growing court support team, the remote Court Support Specialist will manage communication with courts, process court filings, and ensure timely updates while working from Kentucky.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude
- Utilize the in-house application to process documents and perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a service-oriented role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
