Job Summary
To support a growing Court Support team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communication with courts to ensure timely processing of court filings, utilizing various channels to obtain necessary information and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude
- Utilize in-house applications for document processing, data entry, and updating information with high accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- At least 1 year of customer support, call center, or retail experience in a service-oriented role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately and effectively in a remote environment
