Job Summary

To support a dynamic Court Support team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts to ensure timely processing of court filings, while utilizing in-house applications for document management and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally with court personnel, attorneys, and clients through calls and emails
  • Utilize in-house applications to process documents and maintain accurate records and updates
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer support, call center, or retail experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
