Job Summary
To support a dynamic Court Support team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts to ensure timely processing of court filings, while utilizing in-house applications for document management and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel, attorneys, and clients through calls and emails
- Utilize in-house applications to process documents and maintain accurate records and updates
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in customer support, call center, or retail experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
