Job Summary

Working remotely from Puerto Rico, the full-time Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts to ensure timely retrieval of court filings, utilizing various channels to resolve issues and update internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude
  • Utilize the in-house application to process documents, perform data entry tasks, and relay updated information to process servers and customers
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a service-oriented role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
