Job Summary

Working remotely from Arkansas, the full-time Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts to ensure timely processing of court filings, utilizing in-house applications for data entry and updates while providing exceptional service to court personnel and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally through voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude with court personnel and clients
  • Process documents and data entry tasks in the in-house application, ensuring high accuracy and timely updates
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
