Job Summary
To support a growing court support team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, handle document processing, and ensure timely updates are relayed to internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates while resolving related issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails
- Process documents and data entry tasks using in-house applications with high accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately
