Job Summary
To support a national team, the remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, ensuring timely retrieval of court filings and updates while working collaboratively with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, resolving issues related to existing orders
- Communicate professionally through voice calls and emails with court personnel and clients, maintaining a positive service attitude
- Utilize in-house applications to process documents and perform accurate data entry tasks
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
- Legal experience preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and online faxing tools
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
