Job Summary

To support a growing Court Support team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communication with courts to ensure timely processing of court filings, utilizing court dockets and internal applications for data entry and updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email with court personnel, attorneys, and clients, ensuring a positive service experience
  • Utilize internal applications to process documents and maintain accurate updates and data entry
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • 1+ years of customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a service-oriented role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
