Job Summary
To support the Court Support team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, ensuring timely retrieval of court filings and updates while utilizing in-house applications for data entry and document processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, resolving any issues related to existing orders
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through phone calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude
- Process documents and manage data entry tasks in the in-house application with a high degree of accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- At least 1 year of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
