Job Summary

To support court operations, the remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, process court documents, and ensure timely updates while working full-time from South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for order updates, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through phone and email
  • Utilize in-house applications to process documents and perform data entry tasks accurately
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with remote communication tools
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
