Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, process court documents, and ensure timely updates while working from Florida in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally through voice calls and emails with court personnel, attorneys, and clients
- Utilize in-house applications to process documents and manage data entry tasks with high accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- At least 1 year of customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a service-oriented position
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and online faxing tools
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
