Job Summary
To support a growing court services team, the remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts to ensure timely processing of court filings, utilizing in-house applications for data entry and updates while collaborating with team members across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for order updates and resolve related issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through calls and emails
- Process documents and manage data entry tasks in the Skye application with accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
