Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, process documents using in-house applications, and provide updates to clients, all while working full-time from Louisiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders
- Communicate professionally with court personnel, attorneys, and clients through voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude
- Utilize in-house applications to process documents and perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a service-oriented role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately
