Job Summary

Working remotely from Michigan, the full-time Court Support Specialist will manage communication with courts to ensure timely retrieval of court filings, utilizing various channels such as phone calls and emails while accurately processing documents in the in-house application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally with court personnel, attorneys, and clients through voice calls and emails
  • Process documents and update records in the Skye application with a high degree of accuracy
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately
