Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, ensuring timely retrieval of court filings while working collaboratively with team members and utilizing in-house applications for data entry and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude
- Utilize in-house applications to process documents and perform accurate data entry tasks
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- At least 1 year of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
