Job Summary
To support the Court Support team, the remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, ensuring timely retrieval of court filings while working collaboratively with team members and utilizing in-house applications for data entry and document processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, resolving issues related to existing orders
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude
- Process documents and manage data entry tasks in the in-house application, ensuring high accuracy and timely updates
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with remote communication tools
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately and efficiently
