Job Summary

To support a growing Court Support team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, process court documents, and ensure timely updates while collaborating with team members across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for individual order updates and resolve issues related to existing orders
  • Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails
  • Utilize in-house applications to process documents and maintain accurate data entry
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in customer support or a service-oriented position
  • Legal experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately
