Job Summary
To support a growing court support team, the full-time remote Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts, ensuring timely retrieval of court filings while utilizing in-house applications for data entry and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude
- Utilize in-house applications for document processing, data entry, and updating relevant information accurately
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Experience with document manipulation, particularly PDFs
