Job Summary
Working remotely in Kentucky, the full-time Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts to ensure timely retrieval of court filings, utilizing various channels to provide updates and resolve issues related to orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails
- Process documents and data entry tasks using the in-house application, ensuring high accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
