Job Summary

To support a growing court support team, the full-time Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts to obtain and process court filings, ensuring timely updates and accurate data entry in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude
  • Utilize the in-house application to process documents and perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Legal experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with document manipulation (PDFs) and data entry tasks
