Job Summary
To support a remote team in Arkansas, the full-time Court Support Specialist will manage communications with courts to ensure timely processing of court filings, utilizing various channels to obtain necessary information and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude
- Utilize in-house applications for document processing and data entry tasks, ensuring high accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- At least 1 year of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented position
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and document manipulation (PDFs)
- Ability to perform data-entry tasks accurately and efficiently
