Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Coverage Operations Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, securing attorney coverage through phone, text, and email while negotiating fees and maintaining client communication under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage for open court hearings by actively reaching out to attorneys
• Negotiate real-time fees while maintaining profit margins and managing competing priorities
• Onboard and support new attorneys, ensuring they understand the Docketly process

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a role involving high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
