Coverage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages the Coverage Kanban to ensure timely coverage of assigned hearings
• Provides onboarding and training for attorneys, including online resources and FAQs
• Maintains communication with clients and attorneys regarding hearing statuses and coverage needs

Qualifications:

• Experience in team building
• Prior experience in phone sales, instruction, or coordination is helpful but not required
• Legal experience or education is beneficial but not mandatory
• Professional demeanor and technical savvy on the phone
• Proficiency in English, including strong writing skills
