CPA Accounting Consultant II

Job Summary

To support accurate financial reporting and complex accounting processes, the fully remote Accounting Consultant II will execute day-to-day accounting activities, prepare financial statements, and contribute to process improvements across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and support financial statements (GAAP and statutory) and related disclosures
• Perform financial consolidations and maintain general ledger activity
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

Required qualifications

• CPA or CPA-eligible (actively pursuing or completed educational requirements)
• Experience with financial reporting and general ledger accounting
• Strong understanding of financial statement construction and interrelationships
• Knowledge of accounting principles and transaction flows
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
