CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities
• Prepare and review complex journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and assist in the development of SOX controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
