CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing the daily operations of the accounting function, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will oversee financial management, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and support the external audit process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial and accounting policies, workflows, and documentation
• Ensure all accounting processes align with GAAP and prepare journal entries and reconciliations
• Coordinate corporate compliance and maintain accurate financial records for audit readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience; public accounting experience preferred
• CPA designation or in pursuit of it is a plus
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct and strong Excel skills required
• Experience in a technology, managed services, or professional services environment preferred
