CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day financial reporting process and ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting
• Assist with the financial close process, including preparing journal entries and conducting variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and US GAAP, and assist in implementing internal control systems

Required Qualifications

• CPA Certification, MBA, or Master of Accountancy
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 4+ years at a Big 4 accounting firm
• 2+ years in an in-house SEC reporting role
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting topics and SEC regulations
• Advanced knowledge of professional accounting software, preferably NetSuite
