CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead foundational accounting efforts as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close processes and ensure accurate reconciliations and financials
• Oversee the migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite and maintain billing, collections, and payables operations
• Prepare for audits and document clear processes to ensure audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferably with Big 4 audit and SaaS accounting
• Proven ownership of NetSuite implementation
• Experience managing close processes, reconciliations, and controls
• Experience with high-volume SMB billing environments
• CPA eligibility or equivalent foundation in GAAP and audit rigor
