CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager, Private Funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund accounting, including reviewing financial statements and coordinating payments
• Manage investor services by handling requests, publishing reports, and maintaining investor records
• Assist in financial reporting and performance analysis, including designing fund reports and calculating returns

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate private funds or public accounting
• Strong understanding of private capital fund accounting and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or working toward CPA license
• Experience with Yardi, Workiva, and similar systems
