Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their Corporate Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage consolidated financial reporting and balance sheet analytics
• Oversee accounting for capitalized software and unique contracts, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Lead complex accounting transactions and enhance the global control environment for SOX compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience; CPA certification required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a US publicly registered company
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle preferred
• Strong analytical and project management skills
