CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager responsible for managing key accounting functions and mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Oversee general ledger accounting functions and manage daily operations
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff while preparing accurate financial statements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• CPA license is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills
• Proven experience in managing and developing accounting staff
