CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead their accounting operations during a pivotal growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and reporting for revenue-related accounts
• Interpret new accounting pronouncements and prepare technical accounting memos for significant transactions
• Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to enhance accounting processes and support audit activities

Required Qualifications

• CPA and Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred background in Big 4 accounting firms or high-growth tech companies
• Knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, and ASC 350-40 preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and a tech-forward mindset is a plus
