CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead their accounting operations during a pivotal growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and reporting for revenue-related accounts
• Review and interpret new accounting pronouncements, preparing technical accounting memos for significant transactions
• Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to enhance processes and support audit compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• CPA certification and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 background or in a high-growth tech company
• Knowledge of technical accounting topics including ASC 606, ASC 842, and ASC 350-40
• Experience with ERP systems and revenue tools, with a focus on high transaction volume and data complexity
• Strong leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
