CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to build and scale the financial foundation for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage revenue accounting matters, including revenue recognition and customer receivable reconciliation
• Develop and document accounting policies and internal controls to support scale and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a growth-stage SaaS or technology company
• CPA (or equivalent) with Big 4 experience
• Fluency in Excel and experience with data/automation tools (SQL, Python, or similar)
• Experience owning and improving structured month-end close processes
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
