Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee general ledger activities and financial consolidations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle operational tasks for acquired entities, including bank reconciliations and consolidations
- Conduct finance diligence for new acquisitions and support integration into financial systems
- Prepare internal management reports and assist with SEC reporting and disclosures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required
- 5+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a public company
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606, ASC 805, and ASC 842
- Proficiency in financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment
