Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee general ledger activities and financial consolidations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle operational tasks for acquired entities, including bank reconciliations and consolidations
  • Conduct finance diligence for new acquisitions and support integration into financial systems
  • Prepare internal management reports and assist with SEC reporting and disclosures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required
  • 5+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a public company
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606, ASC 805, and ASC 842
  • Proficiency in financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment
