CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (CPA).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Support the accounting team with reconciliations, journal entries, and documentation standards
• Oversee cash positioning and Accounts Payable functions while managing vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• CPA certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6-10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in Software/SaaS
• Experience in a private equity environment with high-velocity reporting
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 606
